Targoum sur Isaïe 34:12

חֹרֶ֥יהָ וְאֵֽין־שָׁ֖ם מְלוּכָ֣ה יִקְרָ֑אוּ וְכָל־שָׂרֶ֖יהָ יִ֥הְיוּ אָֽפֶס׃

Ses nobles il n’y en aura plus pour proclamer la royauté, et tous ses grands seront réduits à néant.

They said, we are the sons of free men, and they were not willing to accept over them a kingly government; and all her princes shall come to nothing
