Targoum sur Isaïe 37:25

אֲנִ֥י קַ֖רְתִּי וְשָׁתִ֣יתִי מָ֑יִם וְאַחְרִב֙ בְּכַף־פְּעָמַ֔י כֹּ֖ל יְאֹרֵ֥י מָצֽוֹר׃

J’ai fait jaillir des sources, et j’ai bu leurs eaux. Sous la plante de mes pieds je mets à sec tous les canaux de l’Égypte."

I have digged cisterns, and I have drunk water, and I have dried up all the waters of the deep rivers with the sole of the people that were with me.
