Targoum sur Isaïe 42:3
קָנֶ֤ה רָצוּץ֙ לֹ֣א יִשְׁבּ֔וֹר וּפִשְׁתָּ֥ה כֵהָ֖ה לֹ֣א יְכַבֶּ֑נָּה לֶאֱמֶ֖ת יוֹצִ֥יא מִשְׁפָּֽט׃
Il ne brise pas le roseau rompu, il n’éteint pas la mèche qui fume encore; c’est en toute vérité qu’il proclame le droit.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The meek who are like a bruised reed He shall not break,; and the poor who are as a glimmering wick with him, he will not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
