אָֽנֹכִי֙ עָשִׂ֣יתִי אֶ֔רֶץ וְאָדָ֖ם עָלֶ֣יהָ בָרָ֑אתִי אֲנִ֗י יָדַי֙ נָט֣וּ שָׁמַ֔יִם וְכָל־צְבָאָ֖ם צִוֵּֽיתִי׃
C’est pourtant moi qui ai fait la terre et créé les hommes qui la peuplent; c’est moi dont les mains ont déployé les cieux, et qui ai mis en rang toute leur armée.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
It is I who have made the earth by my WORD, and I have created man upon it; it is I who have suspended the heavens by my power, and I have laid the foundation of all the hosts of them.
