כִּֽי־כְאִשָּׁ֧ה עֲזוּבָ֛ה וַעֲצ֥וּבַת ר֖וּחַ קְרָאָ֣ךְ יְהוָ֑ה וְאֵ֧שֶׁת נְעוּרִ֛ים כִּ֥י תִמָּאֵ֖ס אָמַ֥ר אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃
Car comme une femme abandonnée et au cœur affligé, l’Éternel t’a rappelée; la compagne de la jeunesse peut-elle être un objet de dédain? Ainsi parle le Seigneur.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
For as a woman forsaken, and afflicted in spirit, the Shekinah, the Lord, met thee, like a woman of youth which was forsaken, saith thy God.
