צפו [צֹפָ֞יו] עִוְרִ֤ים כֻּלָּם֙ לֹ֣א יָדָ֔עוּ כֻּלָּם֙ כְּלָבִ֣ים אִלְּמִ֔ים לֹ֥א יוּכְל֖וּ לִנְבֹּ֑חַ הֹזִים֙ שֹֽׁכְבִ֔ים אֹהֲבֵ֖י לָנֽוּם׃
Ses gardiens sont tous aveugles et ne remarquent rien; tous ils sont comme des chiens muets, qui ne savent aboyer; ils rêvent, restent couchés, aiment le sommeil.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Their watchmen are blind: they know nothing, all of them are dumb dogs, they are not able to bark, they are slumbering, they lie down, they love to sleep.
