Targoum sur Isaïe 59:1
הֵ֛ן לֹֽא־קָצְרָ֥ה יַד־יְהוָ֖ה מֵֽהוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְלֹא־כָבְדָ֥ה אָזְנ֖וֹ מִשְּׁמֽוֹעַ׃
Assurément, la main de l’Éternel n’est pas trop courte pour sauver, ni son oreille trop dure pour entendre.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Behold, it is not on account of any deficiency in the power of the Lord that ye are not saved; nor because it is too difficult for Him to hear, that your prayer is not received:
