Targoum sur Isaïe 66:9
הַאֲנִ֥י אַשְׁבִּ֛יר וְלֹ֥א אוֹלִ֖יד יֹאמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה אִם־אֲנִ֧י הַמּוֹלִ֛יד וְעָצַ֖רְתִּי אָמַ֥ר אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃ (ס)
Quoi! J’amènerais la crise de l’enfantement, et je ne ferais pas la délivrance! dit l’Éternel. Quoi! Moi qui donne la vie, a dit ton Dieu, je l’empêcherais d’éclore!
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
I am God; I have created the world from the beginning, saith the Lord; I, even I have created all men; I, even I have scattered them among the nations, also I will gather thy captivity, saith thy God.
