Targoum sur Les Lamentations 3:18
וָאֹמַר֙ אָבַ֣ד נִצְחִ֔י וְתוֹחַלְתִּ֖י מֵיְהוָֽה׃ (ס)
et j’ai dit: "C’en est fait de mon avenir et de ce que je pouvais espérer de l’Éternel."

And I said, “My strength is destroyed and the goodness which I had longed for from before the Lord.
