וְנָתַתָּ֤ עָלֶ֙יהָ֙ שֶׁ֔מֶן וְשַׂמְתָּ֥ עָלֶ֖יהָ לְבֹנָ֑ה מִנְחָ֖ה הִֽוא׃
Tu y verseras de l’huile et y mettras de l’encens: c’est une oblation.
Targum Jonathan on Leviticus
And thou shalt put olive oil upon it, and lay frankincense thereon; it is a mincha.
