וַיָּק֙וּמוּ֙ שָׂרֵ֣י מוֹאָ֔ב וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ אֶל־בָּלָ֑ק וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ מֵאֵ֥ן בִּלְעָ֖ם הֲלֹ֥ךְ עִמָּֽנוּ׃
Les princes de Moab se retirèrent, revinrent auprès de Balak et lui dirent:"Balaam a refusé de nous accompagner."
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And the princes of Moab arose and came to Balak, and said, Bileam hath refused to come with us.
