Targoum sur Les Nombres 15:6

א֤וֹ לָאַ֙יִל֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה מִנְחָ֔ה סֹ֖לֶת שְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֑ים בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן שְׁלִשִׁ֥ית הַהִֽין׃

Si c’est un bélier, tu offriras comme oblation deux dixièmes de fleur de farine, pétrie avec un tiers de hîn d’huile;

Or for a ram, let him perform a mincha of two tenths of flour mingled with the third of a hin of olive oil,
