וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד מִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ (פ)
De plus, un bouc expiatoire; indépendamment de l’holocauste perpétuel, de son oblation et de sa libation.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
according to the order appointed one kid by one order, beside the perpetual sacrifice, the wheat flour for the mincha, and its libation of wine.
