Targoum sur Obadia 1:21

וְעָל֤וּ מֽוֹשִׁעִים֙ בְּהַ֣ר צִיּ֔וֹן לִשְׁפֹּ֖ט אֶת־הַ֣ר עֵשָׂ֑ו וְהָיְתָ֥ה לַֽיהוָ֖ה הַמְּלוּכָֽה׃

Et des libérateurs monteront sur la montagne de Sion, pour se faire les justiciers du mont d’Ésaü; et la royauté appartiendra à l’Éternel.

And saviors shall ascend Mount Zion to judge the City of Esau and the Kingdom of the Lord shall be revealed upon all inhabitants of the earth.
