Targoum sur Les Psaumes 14:2

יְֽהוָ֗ה מִשָּׁמַיִם֮ הִשְׁקִ֪יף עַֽל־בְּנֵי־אָ֫דָ֥ם לִ֭רְאוֹת הֲיֵ֣שׁ מַשְׂכִּ֑יל דֹּ֝רֵשׁ אֶת־אֱלֹהִֽים׃

L’Éternel, du haut du ciel, regarde les hommes, pour voir s’il en est de bien inspirés, recherchant Dieu.

The LORD looked down from heaven on the sons of men⁵⁶Adam to see if there was any wise man seeking instruction from the presence of the LORD.
