And when you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you because your hands are full of blood.

ובפרשכם And when ye spread forth. The Hirik under ר is instead of Segol.³⁷The infinitive Piel is פָּרֵש ; when כֶם is added the syllable רֵש loses the accent, and the long vowel Zere must therefore be shortened; this is usually done by changing Zere into Segol; to change it into Hirek, as in וּבְפֽרִשְׁכֶם, is exceptional.

I will not hear. These words contain the same idea, I will not help you.
