לזאת To this.⁸A. V., Concerning this, that is, concerning Egypt. To Jerusalem. רהב הם שבת Their strength is to sit still. He who remains in Jerusalem, and will not go down to Egypt, will be strong and safe.

They are haughty (רַהַב) of proud spirit.
