I will remove its hedge I will remove the fence that covers and protects it. מְשׂוּכָה is a fence of thorns; גָדֵר is a fence of stones.

משובחו The hedge thereof. Comp. שכים thorns (Num. 33:55).

and it shall be [i.e.,] the vineyard.
