He fulfilled his word. He completed His decree, as in, “let loose His hand and finish me off וִיבַצְּעֵנִי.”⁴¹Iyov 6:9.

As decreed in the days of old. That which is written in the Torah, “then I will increase your punishment sevenfold.”⁴²Vayikra 26:18.
