Similarly, Job said, "and hold me for Your enemy" (Iyov 13:24). Job turned into oyev (enemy). This was explained according to the verse, "For He crushes me with a tempest" (Iyov 9:17). He said before Him, Master of the universe, "perhaps a tempest stormed at You". Here also, "he took away my birthright" (Heb. bechorati), and the combination turned into "my blessing (Heb. birchati), as in "he has taken away my blessing."
