The Ox is saying, “Then Moshe and the Children of Yisra’el sang this song to YHVH, and they said, ‘I shall sing to YHVH, for he has triumphed; He has thrown the horse and its rider into the sea.’”

Praise God. Slow to anger, greatly poweful,⁶Nachum 1:3. In light of Hashem’s great power, His propensity to withhold anger is even more stupendous (Rashi ibid.) He creates mountains with His strength.⁷Tehillim 65:7. Hashem brings forth dense mountains with His strength and subsequently prepares food on them (Rashi; ibid.). Wise and mighty,⁸Job 9:4. He gives strength to the weary [of his nation⁹Yeshaya 40:29. (See Rashi’s commentary ibid.)]. Therefore, will He be exalted¹⁰The term “יִתְגָאֶה” is based upon the verse in Shemos 15:1.; Our Master is great and of great power.¹¹Tehillim 147:5
