וַיֹּאמַ֓ר ׀ יְהוָה֙ מִצִיּ֣וֹן יִשְׁאָ֔ג וּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם יִתֵּ֣ן קוֹל֑וֹ וְאָֽבְלוּ֙ נְא֣וֹת הָרֹעִ֔ים וְיָבֵ֖שׁ רֹ֥אשׁ הַכַּרְמֶֽל׃ (פ)
Ia berkata: Yang Mahakekal mengaum dari Sion, dan dari Yerusalem Ia memperdengarkan suara-Nya; maka padang-padang rumput para gembala akan merana, dan puncak Karmel akan menjadi kering.
