וְעַתָּ֖ה שְׁמַ֣ע דְּבַר־יְהוָ֑ה אַתָּ֣ה אֹמֵ֗ר לֹ֤א תִנָּבֵא֙ עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְלֹ֥א תַטִּ֖יף עַל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂחָֽק׃
Maka sekarang, dengarlah firman Yang Mahakekal! Engkau berkata, ‘Jangan bernubuat terhadap Israel, dan jangan menyampaikan firman terhadap keturunan Ishak.’
Rashi
and do not prophesy [Heb.. וְלֹאתַטִּיף. It is an expression of prophecy, and there are many in Scripture, e.g. (Ezekiel 21:2) “And prophesy (וְהַטֵּף) to the south.”
