הַבּוֹנֶ֤ה בַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ מעלותו [מַעֲלוֹתָ֔יו] וַאֲגֻדָּת֖וֹ עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ יְסָדָ֑הּ הַקֹּרֵ֣א לְמֵֽי־הַיָּ֗ם וַֽיִּשְׁפְּכֵ֛ם עַל־פְּנֵ֥י הָאָ֖רֶץ יְהוָ֥ה שְׁמֽוֹ׃
Dialah yang membangun tingkatan-tingkatan-Nya di langit dan meletakkan dasar himpunan-Nya di atas bumi; Dialah yang memanggil air laut lalu mencurahkannya ke atas permukaan bumi — Yang Mahakekal nama-Nya.
