Tafsiran Imamat 23:41: Alshekh

Alshekh

You shall celebrate it. In truth, the main rejoicing is during the time the Temple is standing, when I am with you and you rejoice before your God. Nevertheless, you shall celebrate it “throughout your generations,” for even then it is called the festival to Hashem. Hashem’s honor remains in its place until the time comes when He will rejoice with his works. The reason for this is because: In the seventh month, it is the month you emerged triumphant and received atonement, and even in the Exile the Divine Presence dwells with you to some extent.
