וְאִשְּׁר֥וּ אֶתְכֶ֖ם כָּל־הַגּוֹיִ֑ם כִּֽי־תִהְי֤וּ אַתֶּם֙ אֶ֣רֶץ חֵ֔פֶץ אָמַ֖ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ (ס)
Semua bangsa akan menyebut kamu berbahagia, sebab kamu akan menjadi negeri yang Kuperkenan, firman Yang Mahakekal semesta alam.
Tze'enah Ure'enah
“All the nations will account you happy” [3:12]. All the nations will praise you, instead of being shamed among the nations. The [Midrash] Yelamdenu writes: when someone praises his friend or his lover, this is nothing novel.
