עַל־כֵּ֤ן ׀ לֹא־יָקֻ֣מוּ רְ֭שָׁעִים בַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑ט וְ֝חַטָּאִ֗ים בַּעֲדַ֥ת צַדִּיקִֽים׃
Oleh karena itu, orang-orang fasik tidak akan tegak dalam penghakiman, dan orang-orang berdosa tidak akan tegak dalam perhimpunan orang-orang saleh.

Therefore wicked men shall not rise up: – Therefore, since the wicked walk in an evil way in this world, they shall not rise up in the Judgment: He means to say, in the Day of Judgment, and that is the day of death, they shall have no rising again.

Therefore (עַל־כֵּן - al ken): This refers back [to the previous verse, indicating the consequence of being like chaff]: that the souls of the wicked will perish, and the memory of their descendants in this world [will also perish]. Therefore, the word "will not stand" (lo yakumu) means they will not endure (ya'amdu).
