יַכְּכָ֨ה יְהוָ֜ה בִּשְׁחִ֤ין מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ ובעפלים [וּבַטְּחֹרִ֔ים] וּבַגָּרָ֖ב וּבֶחָ֑רֶס אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־תוּכַ֖ל לְהֵרָפֵֽא׃

Yang Mahakekal akan memukul engkau dengan barah Mesir, dengan wasir, dengan kudis basah, dan dengan kudis kering, yang darinya engkau tidak akan dapat disembuhkan.
