וַיִּשְׂא֣וּ הַכְּרוּבִ֣ים אֶת־כַּ֠נְפֵיהֶם וַיֵּר֨וֹמּוּ מִן־הָאָ֤רֶץ לְעֵינַי֙ בְּצֵאתָ֔ם וְהָאֽוֹפַנִּ֖ים לְעֻמָּתָ֑ם וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֗ד פֶּ֣תַח שַׁ֤עַר בֵּית־יְהוָה֙ הַקַּדְמוֹנִ֔י וּכְב֧וֹד אֱלֹהֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם מִלְמָֽעְלָה׃
Lalu para kerub itu mengangkat sayap mereka dan naik dari atas bumi di depan mataku ketika mereka keluar, dan roda-roda itu pun bersama-sama dengan mereka. Lalu mereka berhenti di pintu gerbang timur Bait Yang Mahakekal, sedangkan kemuliaan Allah Israel berada di atas mereka, di sebelah atas.
