וְהָיָ֡ה כִּ֣י תִרְבּוּ֩ וּפְרִיתֶ֨ם בָּאָ֜רֶץ בַּיָּמִ֤ים הָהֵ֙מָּה֙ נְאֻם־יְהוָ֔ה לֹא־יֹ֣אמְרוּ ע֗וֹד אֲרוֹן֙ בְּרִית־יְהוָ֔ה וְלֹ֥א יַעֲלֶ֖ה עַל־לֵ֑ב וְלֹ֤א יִזְכְּרוּ־בוֹ֙ וְלֹ֣א יִפְקֹ֔דוּ וְלֹ֥א יֵעָשֶׂ֖ה עֽוֹד׃
Apabila kamu telah bertambah banyak dan beranak cucu di negeri itu, pada masa itu, demikianlah firman Yang Mahakekal, orang tidak akan lagi menyebut-nyebut: “Tabut perjanjian Yang Mahakekal”; hal itu tidak akan terlintas di hati, orang tidak akan mengingatnya ataupun mengenangnya, dan hal itu tidak akan dilakukan lagi.
