וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הֲיִפְּל֖וּ וְלֹ֣א יָק֑וּמוּ אִם־יָשׁ֖וּב וְלֹ֥א יָשֽׁוּב׃
Katakanlah kepada mereka, “Beginilah firman Yang Mahakekal: Apakah orang jatuh lalu tidak bangun lagi? Jika seseorang berbalik, tidakkah Ia pun akan berbalik?”

Another explanation: If they repent, the repentance will not be permanent, for they will quickly return to their wickedness, and in this manner Jonathan rendered it: If to repent, it is revealed before Me that they will not repent.
