וּשְׁאָ֧ר מִסְפַּר־קֶ֛שֶׁת גִּבּוֹרֵ֥י בְנֵֽי־קֵדָ֖ר יִמְעָ֑טוּ כִּ֛י יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל דִּבֵּֽר׃ (ס)
Sisa jumlah para pemanah, para pahlawan bani Kedar, akan menjadi sedikit, sebab Yang Mahakekal, Allah Israel, telah berfirman.

And the residue, etc. This expression indicates that the greater part will perish.
