הֵ֥ן לְצֶ֖דֶק יִמְלָךְ־מֶ֑לֶךְ וּלְשָׂרִ֖ים לְמִשְׁפָּ֥ט יָשֹֽׂרוּ׃
Lihatlah, seorang raja akan memerintah demi kebenaran, dan para pembesar akan berkuasa demi keadilan.

Behold a king shall reign, etc. This refers to Hezekiah and his princes, the firm establishment of whose government is promised.
