תְּבַקְשֵׁם֙ וְלֹ֣א תִמְצָאֵ֔ם אַנְשֵׁ֖י מַצֻּתֶ֑ךָ יִהְי֥וּ כְאַ֛יִן וּכְאֶ֖פֶס אַנְשֵׁ֥י מִלְחַמְתֶּֽךָ׃
Engkau akan mencari mereka, tetapi tidak akan menemukan mereka, yaitu orang-orang yang bertengkar dengan engkau; orang-orang yang berperang melawan engkau akan menjadi seperti tidak ada apa-apa dan seperti sesuatu yang hampa.

מנצותך ═ מצותך Thy Contention. The נ is replaced by Dagesh in צ ; the form of the word is like that of מלקות. Comp. מצה strife (Prov. 17:19); ינצו strive together (Deut. 25:11).
Tze'enah Ure'enah
“You will seek, but will not find those who contend with you, etc.” [41:12]. They will be so destroyed that you will seek them and won’t find them. It is as if the people who waged war against you never existed.
