וּפְדוּיֵ֨י יְהוָ֜ה יְשׁוּב֗וּן וּבָ֤אוּ צִיּוֹן֙ בְּרִנָּ֔ה וְשִׂמְחַ֥ת עוֹלָ֖ם עַל־רֹאשָׁ֑ם שָׂשׂ֤וֹן וְשִׂמְחָה֙ יַשִּׂיג֔וּן נָ֖סוּ יָג֥וֹן וַאֲנָחָֽה׃ (ס)

Maka orang-orang yang ditebus oleh Yang Mahakekal akan kembali dan masuk ke Sion dengan sorak-sorai, dan sukacita abadi akan ada di atas kepala mereka. Kegirangan dan sukacita akan meliputi mereka; kedukaan dan keluh kesah akan melarikan diri.

And the redeemed of the Lord shall return This is an expression of prayer, and it is connected to “Awaken, awaken.”

Ibn Ezra

And the redeemed, etc. The connection between this and the preceding verses is: Awake, O arm, etc., and then, when this is the case, the redeemed of the Lord shall return. I have explained this already (35:10)
