כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר אֲדֹנַ֣יִךְ יְהוָ֗ה וֵאלֹהַ֙יִךְ֙ יָרִ֣יב עַמּ֔וֹ הִנֵּ֥ה לָקַ֛חְתִּי מִיָּדֵ֖ךְ אֶת־כּ֣וֹס הַתַּרְעֵלָ֑ה אֶת־קֻבַּ֙עַת֙ כּ֣וֹס חֲמָתִ֔י לֹא־תוֹסִ֥יפִי לִשְׁתּוֹתָ֖הּ עֽוֹד׃
Beginilah firman Tuhanmu, Yang Mahakekal, Allahmu yang membela perkara umat-Nya: “Sesungguhnya, Aku telah mengambil dari tanganmu piala yang memabukkan itu, ampas piala amarah-Ku; engkau tidak akan meminumnya lagi.”

“Thus says the Lord, your Lord, your God, etc.” [51:22]. Thus has God said. I am your Lord and the nations are your lords and I am your God. He will fight with the nations on behalf of His people Israel and will take the goblet of bitter troubles from your hand and you will no longer drink the dregs of the goblet. That is to say, the troubles of the exile are compared to the dregs of the wine.
