וַתַּעַבְר֣וּ אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן֮ וַתָּבֹ֣אוּ אֶל־יְרִיחוֹ֒ וַיִּלָּחֲמ֣וּ בָכֶ֣ם בַּעֲלֵֽי־יְ֠רִיחוֹ הָֽאֱמֹרִ֨י וְהַפְּרִזִּ֜י וְהַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֗י וְהַֽחִתִּי֙ וְהַגִּרְגָּשִׁ֔י הַֽחִוִּ֖י וְהַיְבוּסִ֑י וָאֶתֵּ֥ן אוֹתָ֖ם בְּיֶדְכֶֽם׃
Kemudian kamu menyeberangi Yordan dan sampai di Yerikho. Orang-orang Yerikho berperang melawan kamu, yaitu orang Amori, orang Feris, orang Kanaan, orang Het, orang Girgasi, orang Hewi, dan orang Yebus, tetapi Aku menyerahkan mereka ke dalam tanganmu.
