Kabbalah Mazmur 4:7: Sha'arei Orah

Angkatlah cahaya wajah-Mu atas kami, ya Yang Mahakekal.

Sha'arei Orah

This is the secret of the verse,280Psalms 4:7 “Many say, ‘Who will show us goodness? Let the light of Your face (Ohr Panecha-אור פניך) shine upon us, HaShem-יהו״ה.’” It similarly states, “HaShem is the Benevolent God-E”l HaShem-א״ל יהו״ה. He illuminates (VaYa’er-ויאר) for us,” and,281Psalms 31:17 “Shine Your face (Ha’Eera Panecha-האירה פניך) upon Your servant,” and,282Psalms 11:7 “For HaShem-יהו״ה is righteous, He loves those of righteous deeds – The upright shall behold His faces-Pneimo-פנימו.” Should the verse not have said “His face-Panav-פניו?” However, this refers to when the World of Mercies-Olam HaRachamim and the World of Judgment-Olam HaDin see each other face to face-Panim el Panim-פנים אל פנים, at which time everything is with mercy and perfection.
