וְנָתַתִּ֣י אֶת־הָאֲנָשִׁ֗ים הָעֹֽבְרִים֙ אֶת־בְּרִתִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא־הֵקִ֙ימוּ֙ אֶת־דִּבְרֵ֣י הַבְּרִ֔ית אֲשֶׁ֥ר כָּרְת֖וּ לְפָנָ֑י הָעֵ֙גֶל֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּרְת֣וּ לִשְׁנַ֔יִם וַיַּעַבְר֖וּ בֵּ֥ין בְּתָרָֽיו׃
Aku akan menyerahkan orang-orang yang telah melanggar perjanjian-Ku, yang tidak menepati isi perjanjian yang telah mereka adakan di hadapan-Ku, yaitu ketika mereka membelah anak lembu menjadi dua dan berjalan lewat di antara belahan-belahannya;

"of divinations": to impose liability for each divination (in itself). What is a "diviner"? One who "divines" by holding his stick whether to go or not to go, viz. (Hosea 4:12) "My people consults its stick; its rod tells it (what to do)."
