אִם־זָרְחָ֥ה הַשֶּׁ֛מֶשׁ עָלָ֖יו דָּמִ֣ים ל֑וֹ שַׁלֵּ֣ם יְשַׁלֵּ֔ם אִם־אֵ֣ין ל֔וֹ וְנִמְכַּ֖ר בִּגְנֵבָתֽוֹ׃
Jika matahari telah terbit atasnya, ada utang darah atas kematiannya. Pencuri itu wajib membayar ganti rugi sepenuhnya; jika ia tidak mempunyai apa-apa, ia harus dijual karena pencuriannya.
Sanhedrin
The Rabbis taught: If the sun rises upon him, "he does not have bloodguilt." And does the sun rise upon him alone? Rather If the thing is clear to you like the sun that he does not have peace with you, kill him, and if not, do not kill him.
