א֣וֹ בְכָל־אֶ֜בֶן אֲשֶׁר־יָמ֥וּת בָּהּ֙ בְּלֹ֣א רְא֔וֹת וַיַּפֵּ֥ל עָלָ֖יו וַיָּמֹ֑ת וְהוּא֙ לֹא־אוֹיֵ֣ב ל֔וֹ וְלֹ֥א מְבַקֵּ֖שׁ רָעָתֽוֹ׃
atau jika tanpa melihat orang itu ia menjatuhkan ke atasnya batu apa pun yang dapat menyebabkan kematian, sehingga orang itu mati, padahal ia bukan musuhnya dan tidak bermaksud mencelakakannya,

כל שבדרך ירידתו גולה – As it is written: (Numbers 35:23): “or inadvertently dropped upon him/ויפל עליו [any deadly object of stone, and death resulted – though he was not an enemy of his and did not seek his harm],” until it would be through falling, [and the word] "כל" includes even descending which is for the need of ascending.

so braucht er nicht auszuwandern. Es wird dies aus den Worten (Num. 35, 23): „er ließ auf ihn fallen“ (d. h. von oben nach unten) abgeleitet.
