Lalu Memukan berkata di hadapan raja dan para pembesar: “Ratu Wasti telah berbuat salah bukan hanya terhadap raja saja, melainkan juga terhadap semua pembesar dan terhadap semua bangsa di seluruh provinsi Raja Ahasyweros.
