Tafsiran yang Mengutip untuk Imamat 5:15

English Explanation of Mishnah Shevuot

And he is liable for intentional transgression of the oath, and for its unintentional transgression coupled with intentional [denial of having received the] deposit, but he is not liable for unintentional transgression. And what is he liable for the intentional transgression of the oath? A guilt offering of [the value of] two shekels of silver. A person is liable whether he intentionally swears a false oath or even unintentionally swears a false oath, meaning he didn’t know that one who swears falsely is liable to bring a sacrifice, but did know that he had the object being claimed. If he didn’t know that he had the object and then swore falsely, he is not liable. If he has intentionally violated either of these (the oath or the knowledge of the deposit) he must bring a guilt offering which is worth at least two shekels. This is the amount mentioned in Leviticus 5:15.

German Commentary

sind untauglich. weil bei beiden das Wörtchen הוא steht, beim Sünd-Mehlopfer (Lev. 5, 15): חטאת הוא und beim Eifersuchts-Mehlopfer (Num. 5, 15): מנחת קנאות הוא, woraus geschlossen wird: הוא, das vorschriftsmässig לשמו dargebrachte, ist tauglich, nicht aber, wenn man das Opfer שלא לשמו dargebracht hat.

Rashi

ואת ‎'כל חלבו וגו‎ [HE SHALL OFFER OF IT] ALL THE FAT etc. — So far the fat portions of the guilt offering that have to be offered have not yet been mentioned as having to be burnt (though the אשם itself has already been dealt with in Leviticus 5:15), Scripture therefore was compelled expressly to specify them here. So far, however, as the sin-offering is concerned, it (the burning of their fat) has already been mentioned in the Sedrah ויקרא (Leviticus ch. 4), therefore it was unnecessary to mention it in 6:18—23.
