שַׁבַּ֨ת שַׁבָּת֥וֹן הִיא֙ לָכֶ֔ם וְעִנִּיתֶ֖ם אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑ם חֻקַּ֖ת עוֹלָֽם׃
Itulah Sabat, hari perhentian penuh bagimu, dan kamu harus menyengsarakan dirimu; itulah ketetapan untuk selama-lamanya.

It is a Shabbos of complete rest for you and you shall afflict yourselves on the ninth day of the month at evening; from evening to evening you shall rest, on your day of rest.
