וַֽיִּלְכְּד֞וּ עָרִ֣ים בְּצֻרוֹת֮ וַאֲדָמָ֣ה שְׁמֵנָה֒ וַיִּֽירְשׁ֡וּ בָּתִּ֣ים מְלֵֽאִים־כָּל־ט֠וּב בֹּר֨וֹת חֲצוּבִ֜ים כְּרָמִ֧ים וְזֵיתִ֛ים וְעֵ֥ץ מַאֲכָ֖ל לָרֹ֑ב וַיֹּאכְל֤וּ וַֽיִּשְׂבְּעוּ֙ וַיַּשְׁמִ֔ינוּ וַיִּֽתְעַדְּנ֖וּ בְּטוּבְךָ֥ הַגָּדֽוֹל׃
Mereka merebut kota-kota yang berkubu dan tanah yang subur, dan mereka menduduki rumah-rumah yang penuh dengan segala yang baik, sumur-sumur yang dipahat, kebun-kebun anggur, kebun-kebun zaitun, dan pohon-pohon buah-buahan dalam jumlah yang berlimpah. Maka mereka makan dan menjadi kenyang, menjadi gemuk, dan bersenang-senang dalam kebaikan-Mu yang besar.
