וַיִּשְׁמַ֨ע מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶת־הָעָ֗ם בֹּכֶה֙ לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֔יו אִ֖ישׁ לְפֶ֣תַח אָהֳל֑וֹ וַיִּֽחַר־אַ֤ף יְהוָה֙ מְאֹ֔ד וּבְעֵינֵ֥י מֹשֶׁ֖ה רָֽע׃
Musa mendengar bangsa itu menangis, keluarga demi keluarga, masing-masing di depan pintu kemahnya. Murka Yang Mahakekal menyala dengan hebat, dan di mata Musa hal itu buruk.
