וַיְדַבֵּ֨ר אַהֲרֹ֜ן אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה הֵ֣ן הַ֠יּוֹם הִקְרִ֨יבוּ אֶת־חַטָּאתָ֤ם וְאֶת־עֹֽלָתָם֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וַתִּקְרֶ֥אנָה אֹתִ֖י כָּאֵ֑לֶּה וְאָכַ֤לְתִּי חַטָּאת֙ הַיּ֔וֹם הַיִּיטַ֖ב בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
Lalu Harun berkata kepada Musa, “Lihatlah, hari ini mereka telah mempersembahkan korban penghapus dosa dan korban bakaran mereka di hadapan Yang Mahakekal, dan hal-hal seperti ini telah menimpa aku. Seandainya aku makan korban penghapus dosa hari ini, apakah hal itu akan baik di mata Yang Mahakekal?”
