וַיָּבֹא֙ הַפָּלִ֔יט וַיַּגֵּ֖ד לְאַבְרָ֣ם הָעִבְרִ֑י וְהוּא֩ שֹׁכֵ֨ן בְּאֵֽלֹנֵ֜י מַמְרֵ֣א הָאֱמֹרִ֗י אֲחִ֤י אֶשְׁכֹּל֙ וַאֲחִ֣י עָנֵ֔ר וְהֵ֖ם בַּעֲלֵ֥י בְרִית־אַבְרָֽם׃

Kemudian datanglah seorang pelarian dan memberitahukannya kepada Abram, orang Ibrani itu, yang pada waktu itu tinggal di dataran Mamre, orang Amori itu, saudara Eskol dan saudara Aner; mereka adalah orang-orang yang terikat perjanjian dengan Abram.
