וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה נְטֵ֨ה יָדְךָ֜ עַל־אֶ֤רֶץ מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ בָּֽאַרְבֶּ֔ה וְיַ֖עַל עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְיֹאכַל֙ אֶת־כָּל־עֵ֣שֶׂב הָאָ֔רֶץ אֵ֛ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר הִשְׁאִ֖יר הַבָּרָֽד׃
Yang Mahakekal berfirman kepada Musa, “Ulurkanlah tanganmu ke atas negeri Mesir untuk tulah belalang, supaya belalang itu naik ke atas negeri Mesir dan memakan segala tumbuhan di negeri itu, yaitu semua yang masih tersisa dari hujan es.”
