יְחַזְּקוּ־לָ֨מוֹ ׀ דָּ֘בָ֤ר רָ֗ע יְֽ֭סַפְּרוּ לִטְמ֣וֹן מוֹקְשִׁ֑ים אָ֝מְר֗וּ מִ֣י יִרְאֶה־לָּֽמוֹ׃
Mereka saling meneguhkan diri dalam rencana jahat; mereka saling membicarakan cara memasang jerat secara tersembunyi; mereka berkata, “Siapakah yang akan melihat mereka?”

All the presidents of the kingdom, the prefects, and the satraps, the counselors and the governors, have consulted together to strengthen the king's ordinance [(since you are newly crowned and from a different land)], and to make a firm decree, that whoever makes petition of any god or man for thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the lions' den.
